Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, I've embarked on a journey across continents that would deeply influence my perspective as a photographer. I moved to a fourth-tier city in Southern China when I was 4 years old. This experience marks the beginning to the ever-growing expansion of my global outlook. During my four years living in China, my dad passed down his old point-and-shoot for me to play with. This sparked the beginning of my journey with photography. At the age of 8, I moved to South Korea where I would live for 10 years. Driven by passion and the determination to document my unique life as a Third Culture Kid, I began to discover and refine my skills. Photography became the medium through which I captured and documented the essence of my journeys, preserving my unique perspective.
With the multicultural experiences gained through my extensive travels, I have a profound understanding for both the shared threads and distinctive nuances that weave through diverse cultures. These rich encounters has not only broadened my worldview but has also instilled an ability to bridge cultural gaps and foster connections while celebrating each individual's uniqueness.
